止血带止血法，使用绷带、橡皮胶管、三角巾等，将出血的肢体扎住，以阻断血流达到止血的方法。适用于四肢大血管的出血。根据所用材料的不同，分为橡皮带止血、绷带单环止血、绞紧止血3种。如果现场无上述材料时，可就地取材对出血肢体进行捆扎，但捆扎部位必须垫好后才可进行。止血带止血可使肢体的血流中断但若上止血带时间过长，可引起肢体坏死的严重后果。
Tourniquet hemostasis: bandages, rubber tubes, triangular scarves, etc. are used to tie up the bleeding limbs, so as to block the blood flow and achieve hemostasis. It is suitable for bleeding of big blood vessels in extremities. According to the different materials used, it can be divided into three types: rubber band hemostasis, bandage single ring hemostasis and strangulation hemostasis. If the above materials are not available on site, the bleeding limbs can be bound with local materials, but the binding parts must be padded before proceeding. Tourniquet hemostasis can interrupt the blood flow of the limbs, but if the tourniquet time is too long, it can cause serious consequences of limb necrosis.
